Adobe CS6 SDKs

Hello,
I have been searching the web today for a few hours having the intention to reach a download link for the Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 SDK and Adobe After Effects CS6 SDK. Have registered an account with Adobe Developer website and found out that the earliest SDK version that they let one download is for CC 2015.
Searched the Adobe forums and there were some programmers having the same issue, but with no resolve.
Do you know a place from where I can download these 2 SDKs?

Those versions are not available. The latest version of Adobe Premiere is 24.0. The only previous version available is 23.0. The same applies to Adobe After Effects.

Cannot contradict you on that.
My interest falls in finding those SDKs. They have been and are freely distributed. I found on Softpedia and on other software download websites SDKs for Photoshop CS6 and Illustrator CS6 while looking for the ones mentioned in the previous post.
If there is anyone interested in the Photoshop CS6 SDK and Illustrator CS6 SDK, please post here and I can provide 2 download links.
