How to Use Sizzle

Does anyone have a guide as to how to use the program Sizzle? Also if I have a large file how do i break it up into "chapters"

Here's some useful information on sizzle (and the dvd authoring process using sizzle)

keep in mind there are other apps that will do the same things as the apps listed in this list. so if you prefer one over the other you can always use that as long as you know it makes the same thing.
