    I am Looking at a SamSung TV Model UN75TU8000FXZA.

    They Say it has 2. USB Ports.
    A USB2. Port that is 5. Volts at 0.5 A.
    And the other USB Port is 5. Volts at 1. A.

    I did not think USB had a 1. Amp Port?
    And I did not think USB had a .5 Amp Port?

    I thought USB Started at 500 mA?

    500 mA is 0.5 A. m stands for milli - 1/1000. Maybe you were thinking micro? That's u or the greek mu.
