This could well have been an error I made accidentally with the wave form.
But the mysterious error is that as I go through dialog and make fine corrections, about 13 seconds is added to the
previous line which I then have to manually adjust downward on the timings. So the error has to be corrected in that step.
Is this automatic addition shown in a settings someplace? I cannot find it, so progress is slow at having to make a manual
correction each time. I have not seen it previously so it must be unique to this file and reloads along with it.
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

One thing I am going to try is resetting to default all SE settings at the settings tab. Perhaps that will solve the timing issues.
Even if I did a scratch install of the new version, it's possible something is saved in Profile. Anyway not solved yet.
