    Hi

Can anyone recommend a card with FM-radio functionality that right out of the box can record to the harddrive using timers and the, with the card enclosed, software?

I have tried Pinnacle and can safely say that Pinnacle blows bigtime. They are a bunch of liars and cheaters and only try to defraud their customers.

So can anyone recommend some other card from another manufacturer?

It should record in wav format as well...

I haven't tried this out, but it might be what you need. Good Luck!

Very nice radio module. But it lacks one thing and thats the possibility to insert a extern antenna (sorry, forgot to mention this in the previous post)

Other than that it is precisly what we need 8)

If nothing better surfaces than we will probably go with this so thank you very much!

The XT versions of the ATI AIW work just fine and seem to fit your needs. I've got the 9600xt and have used it a couple of times to catch a baseball game. Haven't used it that often but it does take an external antenna and the scheduler works just fine.

You could probably pick one up fairly cheap these days.
    Have a good one,
