Help needed with downloading and decrypting .ism stream

I'm trying to download stream from this url:

but have been unsuccessful so far.

I'm stuck with downloading the stream, I have tried using youtube-dl but have recieved this error:

Woops, that must've been a misscopy. Anyway, both links are from the same website, they both produce the same error

Use ytdlp to download.

ytdlp --allow-u -f bv,udio_eng_st_ori-128 "https://akamaicdn.hbogo.eu/f52ccd98-4604-9e3a-6f58-1fb80e321990_m123566_hbo/COMP/138966121_adr_comp_0cc2c364-5dba-4f1c-96f9-5640f98f5bbb_3400000_v2.ism/manifest"

However, the downloaded files will be partially broken and encrypted.
You will need the user notaghost or another hero to give you the proper init files.
Then you will have to open the proper init files in hex editor, copy, and paste/overwrite the code into the partially broken files.
Then you decrypt.

I've already messaged him on discord, got the information I needed. I am now able to successfuly download and merge video + audio.
