Question about Beginner Pioneer Recorder

Hi!!

I have already bought DVR-77H in Japan
Then I recorded shows in DVD-RW

When I tried to put it in My PC
It can play it but I can't get the files in the DVD drive
When I click the DVD drive, it doesn't have any content in there
when I can watch the video in PowerDVD program
My DVD drive is Sony DRU-500A

Can anyone tell me how can I get the files and convert to VCD
