I'm interested in sending DVDRs to a number of people and want to give it the best possibility of playing in their set top players. I'm not worried about expense (within reason). I'm burning with a Pioneer A04.
Thanks

there is a test posted on the pioneer web site as to compatability of media ..
maxel and apple media were the most compatable ..
i have found apple media to be the best as its the most consistant media ..
i've sent out 100's and 100's of disks and generally most can read them - but i would say 5% of the time , no mater what, someone can not. in those cases i send them a disk burned on a 201 which plays on anything ..
