    I have a DVD video lecture in MPEG 2 format. Some of the PowerPoint images on the video have shadows and some of the images need can take more enhancement. Does anyone know if its possible to enhance the video of an MPEG2 video by converting it to MPEG4? Thanks

    MPEG4 would just compress the footage further. It will make a video file that takes less disc space than MPEG2, but it will not improve the image quality.

    Even if a conversion program could enhance the video, how could it tell when to brighten the image and when to sharpen it? The only brains that know what needs to be done is you and you can only do it in an editor like premiere, vegas...
