Did you know that without logging in you can browse the off topic subjects by clicking the archive link at the bottom of the Front Page.
https://www.videohelp.com/forum/archive/
Then just select the off topic forum
https://www.videohelp.com/forum/archive/f6.html
That's it. You can browse all you want.
Maybe this is how those guests show up at times in OT like I once asked here

You may have solved the mystery. But they can't post unless they log in. I suppose Baldrick could just remove that forum from the archive page. At least 'Closed topics' isn't there.

Yeah, you don't want some of those things, especially some of the older and dirtier topics, showing up on a google search!

Yep, I have forgot to disable it.

@Baldrick
Ok Now I tried it again:
I can still view all OT archived topics without logging in. I realise that this is not the forum itself but it does make OT viewable to all.
Now , when I log on in 1 browser window and then in another browser window access the forum archive I can see OT topics but if I click on "Click here for the original forum topic." it asks me to log in even though I'm already logged in.
I didn't think you were going to change this. I thought you meant that OT would be blocked from being opened in the forum archive.
Did I get that wrong? -
