Downloading subtitles from online streams

Hi. Any way to get the subtitles from this video:

I tried 2 online downloaders specialized in both Youtube and Vimeo videos, but they failed, sadly.

Oh boy... I'm afraid I'm a total noob at this. I tried to download youtube-dl. All it does is flashing a big black wildow and disappear. Otherwise, I really don't know what else to do with this.

Can you help me out with this please ?

The vtt subtitle url in post #2 was active for several hours. You apparently didn't see it before it expired.

Id rather use SUBSYNC for syncing, full automated and works most of the time flawlessly,it analyzes the audio track ..
