Best way to remove watermark using FFMPEG?

Hi so I have about 100 videos all of them are 1280x720 from an old youtube channel of mine. I'd like to reuse these videos on my new channel but they have my old moving watermark at the top of the video. Whats the best way to remove these watermarks from 100s of videos at once? I'm a complete beginner at ffmpeg and I've looked around but couldn't find any command to do that.

Aren't watermarks hardcoded in the youtube videos? If so,there is no way to remove it,unless you edit each frame with very good photoshop skills,and it will take ages to get one video done.
