    Are there any standalone apps-read codecs,that decode wide mkv`s by regions
    just in case of playback on a p233mhz clock for granys computer?

    I thought I stumbled into an old thread someone dug up the other day when I saw you as one of the posters, but then I realized it was a current thread, it seems to have been a long time since I saw you post!!!

    But back to the OP....
    Yep, I saw and only made out, a 1920x1080 MKV on a p233mhz clock pc

    And i'm thinking, how can I make my granny's 1920 ford Model T 4 cylinder do 3.8 seconds in a quarter mile with the stock engine ?
