I will say that I just tied and I'm pretty sure all of the mods can post in locked topics. I never really thought about it until today though and I don't really see a reason to unless perhaps I forgot to mention why it was locked before I did so.

As far as mods acting like its a curse when they really like it, yeah you see that. Mostly its because its a mixed bag, sometimes its fun and sometimes you just want to bash your own head in.

Lastly as far as losing your sence of humor... I hope I haven't, the main problem with me is usually I don't think people get my humor. As a recent example something that was humorous to me recent got me called something along the lines of a mod drone. You know who you are! But thats ok, its not the first time my strange sence of humor was recieved incorrectly, nor will it be the last I assume.

As for the rest of this discussion, I haven't even seen the thread in question, so no comment. I hate to make blind judgements without the facts.

Nothing you are missing...the thread was created as a joke. I wasn't serious and could care less if TGPO posts on the moon. Of course, being that he is as light as a rail and with the gravity up there...well...damn....poor guy might just float away forever....nothing to hold him down...surprised he doesn't float now on Earth.

Oh, anyway, as I was saying....I remember seeing Baldrick lock the post and not too long after that I saw that TGPO's name was the last to post in the thread. I was surprised as I had never seen that before. So of course, I started this thread jokingly..thinking that he actually had to reopen the thread, post, and then lock it.

He then said it was much easier then that because he could post in a locked thread. If anything, i'm glad I brought this "SPECIAL POWER ABILITY" to the light of the mods....or at least the ones who were unaware they could post in "LOCKED" threads. This is just wonderful, because now when the mods aren't issuing yellow cards, they can post in locked threads and assure they get the last word. Democracy at its best...huh folks.
