Hi!
I have purchased the ATI 8500DV and it works great but!
When I capture DVD quality video for let say a minute, I found that the size is more than hunderd MB and the file is extended by mpeg.
I do not want to buy a dvd burner and instead I want to use my current cd burner.
I have seen so many movies that lasted an average time 90 minutes and I was able to have them on CD with 700MB capacity.
Actually, their extentions were either divx or avi.
I am looking for an easy to understand tutorial that explains how to convert the output of my recording with mpeg files to divx..
Please help me out.
Thanks

Just look on the right for one of the guides. If its MPEG you can use Virtual dub to transfer it to DIVX
