I use Movie Studio 15 and Win11 DeskTop Computer.
If I just want to keep Adding Media to my TimeLine and just save the project as is so I can always go back and edit it I save it as .vf File.
I have a 20 Minute video and I Import it into my Timline then I can Cut it down to just the 5. Minute part I want.
Even if I save my project as .vf File so it is not compressed yet I still have to keep the my 20 Minute video because my TimeLine always points to it when it opens.
Is there anyway I can have Movie Studio just save the Media that is in my TimeLine that is already Cut up and will not need to point to the 20 Minute video every time it opens?

Than you for the help.
I wanted to ask I see after you open a video in losslesscut you can use the Keyboard Keys to move to the parts you want to keep.
Is there a way to make it move in smaller steps?
Every time I press the Right Arrow Key it will move but is this set Increments? -
I don't use keyboard shortcuts but you can configure all of them in settings.
To step one frame at a time:
1- click the person like icon [#1] to switch between simple & advanced mode.
2- In adv. mode, <> buttons [#2] step one frame at a time
