Extracting VCD from the disc

Hi there everyone,
How can I extract a VCD from the disc ?
If I open the folder and drag the file into VLC it reads it but I can't drag it to the desktop.
Also, I'd like to merge two files together.
Is it still possible with this kind of old tech ?

Same here 20 years ago, but now it no longer works under W11 here, despite installing and registering msdxm.ocx

Regardless of of whichever app you choose, remember when extracting that you should set the settings so it removes the extra sectors from Mode2Form2, so you get clean media-only data.

Btw, Scott, it was a real mess to drag the file to my desktop. I fell the computer didn't like it lol. What is Mode2Form2 ?
