is someone here to explain why it only recognizes streamfab mpd doesn't start the download

StreamFab v6.1.1.0 in your screenshot is quite out of date. As you probably know it's updated very frequently, invariably to fix problems with downloading/decrypting from various providers. It's currently at v6.1.2.8 (June 19th). Changelogs for new releases and what's been fixed can be found on their forums.

it doesn't work even with the new version, I recently deleted it because it only recognizes drm protected at all, try it too if you can download this video https://www.tvnz.co.nz/shows/the-bachelorette/episodes/s20-e1

So a very quick look at this shows that the PSSH needs to be generated from one of the KIDs in the MPD.
e.g. for the 1920 x 1080 it is cd7fe538-1444-5c1f-8525-707e0795daac

Also there appears to be a token in the licence call which you would need to incorporate (obviously making sure it hasnt expired)

It doesn't work for me neither.
As there are two requests to license server I have a suspicion that this website uses 'privacy mode' that adds additional encryption when the license is requested.
On one of the forum's branches I found this explanation how to bypass it. But the explanation is too vague, maybe someone could elaborate it a little bit at least?

Explanation:
"You just need to define a byte array with 0x08, 0x04, send it as a payload using requests.post, then base64 encode the response and pass to WvDecrypt as cert_data_b64"

Let me know if you need the parameters from the headers. License server is the same but key changes with each mpd.
