Safely downloading CDBurnerXP?

I want to download and install CDBurnerXP without InstallCore, but the link to download it without InstallCore seems to be dead, and brings me to an error page. The only working link seems to be the default installer, but I am worried that it has InstallCore. Can somebody help me how to get CDBurnerXP without InstallCore?

The link got added automatically. Also is downloading software from VideoHelp safe, and did they got rid of OpenCandy/InstallCore from the softwares on VideoHelp?

And choose more download options in the middle of the page
choose the version without installcore

I have already done that, and it brought me to a Not Found page.
