m3u8 segmented subtitle

Hi everyone.
i'm trying to download the subtitles that goes with the video on this website :
https://www.filmingo.ch/fr/play/177-barravento/1124
(it may need probably a swiss IP.)

here is the m3u8 that seems to correspond with the subtitles :

i'm a rookie on all of this, sorry in advance for my mistakes in the description of my problem.

i put vtt on network console and i get this :

If we cant see it, how can we help, try the commands --list-formats or use Nm3u8dl-re "m3u8url" to check. If it says forbidden, try adding the referer and User Agent as --header.

re-download your video

yt-dlp --write-subs --sub-format vtt --sub-langs en --embed-subs "https://m3u8" -o output.mp4

If the m3u8 has subs you can use this yt-dlp.exe --ignore-config -vU --skip-download --all-subs --downloader aria2c "yourmasterm3u8url"

You also need to put aria2c in you env folder for it to work.

it's ok, I use this command and it works

at the end I have a MP4 file totally OK, wrking and not encrypted.

about the subs

with the same command than before, I get the subtitle but as an MP4 file. (opened with notepad i could check that it is actually the sub)

then with this last advice from sadomasochist, i get this : "there's no subtitle for the requested language"

Well, yes and no, i just could got them as a MP4 file. So after i open the MP4 with notepad and edit it enough so then it could be opened with subtitle edit, and with this soft, I could keep on cleaning the sub and not spending too much time on it, and at the end save the all thing as SRT file.

Try using HLS Downloader https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/hls-downloader/hkbifmjmkohpemgdkknlbgmnpocooogp extension, it will display m3u8 and vtt files when you play the movie, and if it works, can you get the m3u8 link and subtitles for this movie?
