Stumped on how to grab a video online

First time poster.
I'd love to be able to grab this video:

But I just can't figure it out. Is it hidden in the JS?

You can download this m3u8 with an m3u8 downloader to download the TS file or use this online converter to convert to mp4 in one process:

It accepts both m3u8 URL and file.

Use Developer Tools in a browser to monitor network traffic. Look for m3u8 links. Use the link with youtube-dl or any of the GUI front ends for it.
