I'm not sure if this is the right forum for this question, but...

...my parents and aunt have some VHS and 8mm tapes they'd like to get off of their native media and onto something like Blu-ray (I know the quality will be native quality and not Blu-ray, but then they'd all fit on one disk).

Searching the Internet for something like this is nuts, every guy in his garage seems to have a "High Quality Video Conversion" website. Is there a place that has a list of quality placed that would do this for us?
