SVCD people are jumping when moving on movie

i used smart ripper to rip DVD the royal tenenbaums, then dvd2avi, and using TMPGEnc plus to encode svcd, i used it for a vcd works great but svcd picture is jumping when someone moves on screen when paused great pic, i cant find a guide on how to make just a svcd not a vcd, using the following programs i used for the vcd, can anyone help me? Or can someone help me make svcd's with the software they use

Try changing the field order from B to A. This fixed my jumpy SVCD problem. If you are like me, you were following one of the (excellent) newbie guides from here at VCDHelp at creating a VCD, and it tells you to change it to field order B.

Change it back to A and see if that fixes it.
