    i'm using msn messenger and using the video call feature. i was wondering if anyone else experienced the auto adjusting of master volume in the system tray? and how to disable it.

    If I understand you correctly, it's the way the app is written. Instead of controlling the "wav volume" for instance, it is tied to the master volume.
