Double click on the subtitle track(Sub 1) and click on Import.

Baldrick gave you the right instructions - just load your SRTs into DLP using the import function on the subtitle edit screen. Once you compile the DVD you will have to use the subtitle button on your DVD remote unless you have made them turn on by default, or created a menu to switch them on.

Are they two parts of the same movie, or two tracks ?

If they are two separate tracks, just add a new subtitle track and import the second srt file in the same manner as the first.

If they are part of the same subtitle track, use Subtitle Workshop to join the subs, then set the beginning of the second set to match the time it already starts, plus the length of the first part of the movie. Subtitle Workshop will reset the timing to match the shift.
