don't know what i was doing wrong,
i have 40 vcds in mode2XA,2 tracks.
i have tried to do cd copying on the fly with cdrwin, clonecd,
the copies become mode1, 2 tracks.
if i do it with nero, it become
mode1, 1 track(which is not playable in my dvd/vcd player.
anyone got any idea why and
know of any program that will make
EXACT copies of my vcds?
Thanks,

any of those programs should work just fine when set to cd copy.
the other thing you can do is to make an image of your CD first--in Nero, select image writer as your CD burner--and then burn the image to the blank CD -
yes, i have been using the cd copy
on the fly option from my teac 32s
to my lite-on 24x using those programs,
although i could make image or extract the .dat to harddrive first then burn from there, but i have 40 of them to burn, i really hope i can find a program that will make EXACT copies of my cds on the fly.
thanks, -
ZIGUAN,
your best bet would be to use a progy like CDRWin or CDRDAO and make a bin/cue image on your harddrive and then reburn. this would be the most foolproof way id say. it will keep data mode2 as well.later bater. deltaboy
