  1. I have a a couple of files saved to my hard drive in vcd format that I would like to join into one vcd file. Anybody want to give me a hand with some how to?

  2. Try TmpgEnc
    go to MPEG Tools from the File menu
    Then go to the Merge & Cut tab.
    Add your files
    Specify the output
    Then "Correct"

    Gadgetguy forgot to say "Pray that you don't get audio sync problems". TMPGenc is infamous for this if you use it to edit (joining IS editing) video, but it doesn't do that to everyone. I recommend the MPEG2VCR editor at http://www.womble.com. It's not free, but it's a great editor.
