Whenever I rip videos from my DV camcorder to my computer I always get scan lines appearing in my vidoes. I tried using Pinnacle Studio 9 (uses the Pinnacle DV codec) and Windows Movie Maker (uses Sony DV codec) and both have same results. It seems to happen most when there is motion. I know it's not the camcorder because when I playback on the screen or connected to a monitor it comes out clear without these scan lines. I've attached a still of a video example of the scan lines to show you what I mean. Please let me know if there is another program or codec I should use when ripping my videos to get rid of these scan lines thanks.
