An OT noob. Obviously, you missed the "Commute to work" thread. No beach, no desert, Just ridiculous amounts of very tall pine and cedar trees.

And, since this is the threadjack thread, let me say "I'm pissed!" I haven't seen the sun in 8 days! It's snowed 4 times in the last few days. I made a snowman two days ago! (I started with a snow woman, but the mrs got jealous).

This is not the California you see on TV!

Well I can't watch videos at work and I only had dialup before mid november. So it sucked to watch any video (too long to download/ bad streaming).

I never watched any of em.

We're gonna get 4-8 inches of snow here in lower Michigan Wednesday

I tried that too, but I found that to keep her from .....ermm ....melting away at the wrong time, I tried flash-freezing it with some liquid nitrogen I kyped from work.

When I woke up, six docs and nurses were rolling on the floor laughing hysterically .....I don't remember the surgery either, but woke up and it was the size of a baby's head ...and it was bright red

I must look the other way whenever I see a snowman now
