I ,like many people have been trying to find a brand of Media that works in my DVD player.
I have A TOSHIBA 2109 ,it only works with (LEDA is the current make used) BLUE backed CDR.
Green NO,Gold NO.
Could you have a list on the site of compatable brands/Colur of disks with makes of recorders.or just reply to this ?????

I have always had good luck with Verbatium Data Life Plus which has a bluish-green back. The issue is one of reflectivity. Some DVD set tops can't read the disc if it is too shiny and the laser actually bounces off. Seems the duller coatings work best but it varies from player to player and the same issue crops up with CD burners to a lessor extent.
