I would appreciate if someone could tell me how to make a compliant SVCD that will work in Nero. I created the avi file using Broadway capture card and converted it using Tmpgenc to SVCD standards. When trying to burn the disk using Nero I get a non-compliant warning. I must be leaving out a step, hopefully someone will be kind enough to lead me in the right direction.

One more thing...What is the most time you can get on a 80 minute CD using SVCD standard.?

    Thanks,
    ej

  2. I just told it to ignore, and burned it anyway.
    Worked fine.
If you find the reason for the alert let me know.

Same here, but I wonder will it work on all DVD players with SVCD options. The error statement must mean there is something missing or incorrect.

  4. I don't think so. There is a post ahead about just this.
Must have is compliant for vcd, but it doesn't matter for svcd.

I found one problem with the Nero update, the Fast Forward and Rewind buttons don't work. Does anyone have a work around?
