    Which tool we can use to know the exact bitrate of an mpg or an avi even if they are encoded at VBR (maximun, minimun and average bitrate ?)

    Send a message via ICQ to Tommyknocker Send a message via Yahoo to Tommyknocker
    Run TMPGEnc, close the wizard if it opens. Select File-->New Project. Load the video as video input. The file information (incuding bit rate) will be displayed at the bottom.
