  1. I have 2 complete DivX movies i want to convert using TMPGenc, but whats bugging me is that when i set audio freq to 41100 Hz it won't convert. I get the following error message: "An error has occured when audio is decoded". I am able to convert the movie with 48000Hz audio but then Nero won't burn the file without reencoding the file once again! Anyone know how and if i can get by this problem?

When you say you are setting the audio, are you not loading a PAL or NTSC template ? these templates set the output correct for the VCD.mpeg

    Give it a try

  3. Also in Nero uncheck the box that says create standard compliant vcd, that might get you around the re-encoding..

Then the VCD will be none standard and might not play on a standalone.
