Prassi And Record Now Tutorials

Ok guys just got me a pioneer a05 and have used nero to burn a couple of DVDs but on playback the last couple of chapters seem to stutter.
I am using bulk paq purple DVD -r and on the standalone DVD players same problem i have been told this could be due to nero so i have gotten prassi primo and recordnow max to try out only thing is i ain't got a clue how to use em so i am wondering wether anyone out there can supply me with tutorials on them or point me to somewhere i can look at one.

On the other hand i have tried the exact same media from someone else and it plays flawlessly so am i right in suspecting nero??

What speed are you burning at and what speed was the "someone else" media burned at? I've had some problems was media burned at 2x not playing on other peoples players.

What version of Nero are you using? What settings are you using in nero? If you are using an older version of Nero and using the dvd video setting then the disk may not be compatable on some players (UDF 1.05 vs. UDF 1.02.)

I use prassi dvd and datawrire yellow 1x media play on stand alone and psx2.To copy open prassi go to full application select data disc,add you VIDEO_TS folder and an empty AUDIO_TS folder press the red go button
45-60 min later perfect disc.No coasters yet done around 25 discs and had never burned a dvd before.Hope this is of some help.

Ok thanks burnproof i will try it out see what happens ..............
LanceSteel i am using nero version 5.5.9.0 burning at 1x only speed for this media and using UDF 1.02

Ok i tried prassi and still the same problem stuttering towards last few chapters me heads cabbaged now grrrrrrr

How large is the file you are trying to burn?
