    I tried a hack from this site for my Samsung SV-DVD1E to change it to multiregion and it wont work. I did the cold start and followed the instructions to the letter, but to no avail! Can anybody tell me where I'm going wrong or is it destined not to work anyway?? I know these hacks aren't guaranteed but several other people have successfully completed them.

    try emailing the guys that have had successes, or placing your views on your player on the dvd players list and include a line to email yrself with a workable a hack
