tmpgenc error

hi everyone...i just got a dvd burner insalled the software and now when i goto tmpgenc i get the following error when i goto encode:

ok...the problems only happen when i have my dvd authoring software installed...the dvd authoring software that i am using is my dvd...please help!!!!!!!
