Hi all,
I was wondering if anybody could help me with the following problem.
I converted a movie using VirtualDub and TMPGEnc. In TMPGEnc, I used Highest Quality for Motion Search Precision. The conversion takes forever but that's OK.
After TMPGEnc was done I checked the output on my PC and this looked just fine. However after burning the VCD movie using VCDEasy, the movie sometimes freezes for less then a second but the sound is OK. By the way I used Vdub with 16bit settings for my audio file.
Could anybody tell me if this freezing is caused by the motion search? In other words should I set this to normal or high instead of highest or perhaps motion estimate??
Thanks.
