And i use Nero 5540 to burn this .mpg file
I have deactive " created standard compliant CD"
After i drag my .mpg file in Video window
It not show "Duration" but only "pause"
And i Burn it with 4X speed
My xvcd file can not play on my Pc with PowerDVD and Windvd
I doubt why nero does not show "duration" in video window

perhaps your pc-dvd rom cannot handel cd-r.

    i've heard of some pc-dvd's dont'read cd-r/w.

i'm not sure if pc-dvd has to be 100 perent redbook compliant.

  4. I had some problems with that too. The only way I could make the MPEG so that Nero recognizes this and read the duration is to multiplex the file again with TMPGEnc. It should burn under Nero even under VCD 2.0 compliant settings.
