When I make a VCD or SVCD from a bin/cue file on some movies I can not use the fast forward and some will advance with the chapter advance button and some wont. Is this a problem with the way it was originally made into a bin/cue file or could I be doing something wrong. I'm burning with Nero.
Thanks

Try burning with CDRWIN or FireBurner and report back...
Nero has issues sometimes.
edit: this will eliminate the burner from the problem then you know it's in the bin/cue creation"speed's just a question of money. How fast can you go?" - Mad Max, 1979 -

When I have FF or RW problems I usually run it through TMPGEnc. This gets rid of the problem (also usually makes the file size smaller).
For chapters I use VCDEasy. Make the Bin/Cue from that. Then burn the image with Nero.
Everything has worked out great with this system so far.Trevor
