    I did this the other day. Used the programe called VCDGear to convert the VCD.Dat to Normal.mpg then converted that to a PALVCD with TMPGenc.

    I guess there are lots of other ways, but heck this worked fine.

    Why bother? Dont all Pal DVD players play NTSC anyway? Mine does.

    Most DVD players do play PAL/NTSC however most of them output the signal as the same. NTSC to NTSC PAL to PAL so unless the "TV" also display's NTSC/PAL then a PAL TV will not display the NTSC picture in colour.

    I downloaded the programs u suggested but i cant figure wot to do with VCDGear, u couldnt give me a step by step could u?
