    Can I make a STILL menu with chapters (8 of them) with Nero, if yes Can you tell me how.

    NERO? No. But you can download NeroVisionExpress - free download/install for registered NERO users, otherwise trialware for 30 days or so.

    It will allow you to set entrypoints (what you call chapters) in your video file, and create a rudimentary menu for accessing each entrypoint.

    Just use VCDEasy. It appears with the new version that just came out, you can use your Nero ASPI layer to burn the CD's in VCDEasy too. It makes it very easy to create menus and such.
