I've been using Nero 5.x for a while on my laptop and I have the latest version installed on another system, but with this newer version I've experienced:
1) Menu resizing problem - I always specifiy "scale and fit" so that the entire image appears undistorted as my menu background with some extra space if necessary. The preview shows exactly that but the final VCD menu is actually the picture scaled and clipped.
2) Is it possible to have files of different bitrates on one VCD? I'd like to put a couple of TV episode encodes on one disc without resampling them to the same bitrate if possible.
And finally...
I usually encode PAL encodes to play on my NTSC TV. My standalone player supports PAL so I keep the encodes in PAL format in TMPEnc, but I change the output aspect ratio to 4:3 NTSC and resolution to standard VCD (352x240). In Nero, I would still select PAL format because the framerate is still 25fps, correct?

Also, on the topic of menu pixel size, is there any way to customize it from the default settings of 704x480 for NTSC and 704x576 for PAL?
