  1. I have a really good copy of a VCD that plays nicely in my DVD. I have the same movie in an excellent copy of DivX and everytime I converted using the best options in TMPGenc, the quality was not as good as the VCD version. Is there a way/program to find out the how a VCD was created? bitrate, resolution, etc?
