    HI all,
    I just completed a svcd mpeg with tmpge, encode with no flaws, now when i try to burn with Nero SVCD file, i get a message:
    that the file is not Super Video compliant, i do have the plug in set for nero so did i do somthing wrong in tmpge? it wants to encode the file

  2. The most common error with Nero and burning (S)VCD's is the MPEG has the wrong frame size and frame rate combined with the wrong (S)VCD format setting on Nero. You must encode the MPEG into the correct frame size and frame rate for the VCD/SVCD and NTSC/PAL so it's compliant.

    If the format is wrong or you've set Nero incorrectly then, as you've found out, Nero will try to encode the MPEG to the correct format.

    Check the frame size and rate against the destination (S)VCD format. Check the "What is" section of VCDHelp to ensure you have encoded the file into an (S)VCD compliant MPEG.
