I have a file that I downloaded that has a large amount of corruption. When I ran it through vdub mp3 it showed 5644 corrupted files out of 43700 total files. Alot of the corruption is in large chunks. Is there any point in trying to fix it or should i give up? Thanks for any help.

Give up ? what sort of person are you
If the AVI has CBR then use the regular Vdub for the scan, then you wont need to spend a lot of time cutting and pasting those numbers 8)
If you get a VBR warning, then start cutting and pasting
