    I'm Planning to use a KVCDx2 Template for my movie using TEMPGenc, however when the movie is done converting, I will have a huge movie file that will be ready for 2 CD's. so then what is a simple program to just split the movie in two?

    you could demux the mpeg with TMPGenc and then mux with bbmpeg and select the size to split the file under general settings. You could also just cut the file with TMPGenc - (mpeg tools>merge/cut)
