Just finnished making a win32 version of my accessory program for (S)VCD stills with background music!

It needs some manual work and the following programs: VCDEASY (or at least the mjpeg tools) and TMPGENC.

So far it has worked perfectly for me. If anyone wants to help me test it, I can send the program. It's one exe file and one text file with instructions. You might, however, need an extra dll that is 1.3MB, so I sugest you look to see if you already have it. It's a Visual-Basic runtime file MSVBVM60.DLL .
