Assuming that your video clips are encoded using standard VCD settings, you may be able to pull it off with just overburning -- it not, you should be able to come close.
You can generally overburn safely by about a minute on most discs and drives.

Hi
Most recordables will do just fine with 1:18 of overburning. (If it really doesn't fit you can always remove the ending credits using TMPGenc.)

Ok thanks guys, I'm going to start ripping it now. Hopefully my CDs will beable to over burn that litte bit. I'm have Nero do I have to do anything with it to tell it that it can overburn or not?

I think that all of the CD-R media I've tested (various manufacturers and brand names) has been safe to overburn by at least 1:30.
You will have to enable overburn in Nero, off the top of my head I don't remember where the setting is. I think it's under an "advanced" or "expert" tab in the settings window.
