  1. Ok I have 4 episodes I want to burn off to a VCD and there a total of 81min and 18 seconds long and I only have 80min CDs so what do? Can I over burn and extra min and 18 seconds or should I use two CDs?

  2. Assuming that your video clips are encoded using standard VCD settings, you may be able to pull it off with just overburning -- it not, you should be able to come close.

You can generally overburn safely by about a minute on most discs and drives.

  3. Hi

Most recordables will do just fine with 1:18 of overburning. (If it really doesn't fit you can always remove the ending credits using TMPGenc.)

I think that all of the CD-R media I've tested (various manufacturers and brand names) has been safe to overburn by at least 1:30.

You will have to enable overburn in Nero, off the top of my head I don't remember where the setting is. I think it's under an "advanced" or "expert" tab in the settings window.
