  1. I am really at the end of my tether with this one

    Can anyone offer advice

I have recently been hit by a number of problems with skipping and sync issues whenever I run a created VCD in my standalone Accoustic Solutions DVD player . The same VCD player is fine on my computer and plays without a hitch . There is obviously no issues therefore with the conversion . I have tried writing at differing speeds all the way down to X4 but the results are still the same . I have tried using Philips branded CD's as well as my cheap ones still the same

However whenever I write a MPEG file of say friends there are no problems at all its only with recent films then I get the issue

Can anyone offer any pointers - the frame rates etc are always corrects ie NTSC film template . Is there an issue somewhere with NERO and can anyone offer any easy to use alternative - I tried VCD easy but couldnt get it to work

Once again the actual VCD itself seems to be fine - it plays perfectly on my PC but on my Accoustic Solutions there are problems . This has only happened in the last month or so

    Thanks

    Fred

Have you tried creating a VCD image using VCDEASY then burming the image using NERO? Or even mounting the image you create using VCDEASY in Daemon tools and doing a disc to disc copy?

Try it this has solved all my burning problems.
