I've made SVCD's with mulitple audio tracks but can't make DVD's with more than 1 audio track. I'm doing home videos and would like to have 1 track with natural sound and one with n/s and backround music.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Get better software.
Honestly, simple consumer software is just that...simple.
If you want a DVD that is more interactively complex, you'll have to get more powerful software.
What are you using now (for DVD authoring)?
Possible choices, that AFAIK do multiple audio streams:
Sonic DVD-It PE ($)
Sonic/Daikin ReelDVD ($$)
Pinnacle Impression DVD Pro ($)
Spruce Maestro (now in Apple limbo, $$$)
Sonic/Daikin Scenarist ($$$$)
Sonic DVDCreator (Mac, $$$$)
Apple DVDStudio Pro (Mac, $$)
Sonic DVDProducer (Mac & Win, $$)
